  1. When I keyed in the zipcode 29902, only the stations in the DMA (Savannah, GA) showed up. Since we are on the border of the Charleston, SC DMC, i.e., we’re in the “significantly viewed” category via a vis Charleston, I expected to see Charleston stations in that list as well. The NAB ought to fix this.

    1. Hi Bruce! We are aware the search function may present issues for viewers who straddle two DMAs. In our research, we discovered implementing multi-DMA functionality based on zip codes increased the likelihood for errors that would adversely impact large numbers of viewers who rely on us for accurate information. To ensure the best user experience possible, we decided against this implementation. We suggest inputting a Charleston-area zip code to reveal stations you may receive that fall outside your DMA. These data are updated multiple times per week, and therefore reflect the most up-to-date information we have available on rescan dates. We hope this helps!

  2. Since this past saturday, I can longer receive channels 5.2 (MoviesTV) or 5.4 (LightTV) in NYC, but continue to receive the main channel 5.1 WNYW FOX in NYC.
The same exists for sub stations 9.2, 9.3 (BUZZR) and 9.4 (|HEROES) which I no longer receive since saturday, but still receive channel 9.1, MY9 WOR in NYC.
Is my access to these stations gone for good?
    Thank you

    1. Hi Mike! Apologies for the belated reply. For questions regarding access to subchannels, we recommend contacting the stations themselves. As far as the primary channels you mention, we can tell you WWOR moved to a new frequency in March of 2018, and WNYW is tentatively scheduled to move to a new frequency between June and August this year.
